Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    4 oz. lasagna
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
    2 tsp. grated Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain off fat.
    Add onion.
    Saute 10 minutes.
    Add spaghetti sauce, oregano, salt and red and black pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
