Corn Casserole (Macque Choux) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Green Giant Niblets corn, drained
1 can Green Giant white corn, drained
1 can Green Giant creamed corn
1 can diced Ro-Tel
1 stick margarine
1 large onion or 1 pkg. frozen onions
1 chopped bell pepper
2 or 3 stalks chopped celery

Preparation

Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
Add corn and Ro-Tel; mix together (best if mixed the day before).
