Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook onion, dill weed and a dash of pepper in margarine until onion is tender.
    Combine egg, bread crumbs, milk and onion mixture; add salmon.
    Mix well.
    Shape into a 6 x 3-inch oiled shallow loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 4.
    Top with cheese sauce.
