Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. shortening (heaping)
1 large egg
1 c. sour milk
1/3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Add vinegar to milk to sour it.
Add soda to sour milk. Cream sugar
with shortening.
Add egg, sour milk and then dry ingredients.
