Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening or bacon drippings
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Combine well beaten eggs, buttermilk and shortening.
    Add to the dry ingredients.
    Stir until flour is barely moist.
