Squash Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 onion, cut finely
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash in salted water until tender; drain.
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Blend in flour.
    Add chopped tomatoes, pepper, onion, salt and brown sugar.
