Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with baking powder until medium stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff.
    Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.
    Spread in a greased pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
