Pineapple Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water; mix in pineapple and lemon juice; pour into mold and refrigerate until partially set.\tThen fold in pineapple, cheese and then whipping cream.\tRefrigerate until firm; unmold and serve.
