Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 pt. (small carton) whipped cream (do not substitute Cool Whip)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together first four ingredients real good and chill until syrupy, about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Whip cream real good.
    Add whipped cream, nuts, pineapple and cheese to jello mixture.
    Mix all together and refrigerate.
