Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 box Velveeta cheese
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Mix mushroom soup, tomatoes and milk in saucepan.
    Heat and stir until well blended.
    Dice 3/4 of cheese.
    Layer beef, cheese, chips and milk mixture in long cake pan.
    Heat in oven at 375\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
