Stir Fried Pork And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. pork
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 stalks celery, cut diagonally
    2 c. bean sprouts
    2 c. cooked angel hair pasta
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    3 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork and cut into 2 x 1 x 1/8-inch slices.
    Toss with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
