Raisin Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 c. raisins
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    Grease
    a
    9
    x 5-inch pan.
    In large bowl
    stir
    all
    ingredients and 2 tablespoons hot water just until well combined.
    Pour into loaf pan; bake 50 minutes or until bread
    pulls away from sides of pan.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire
    racks.
    Good
    served
    with peanut butter or cream cheese.
