Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk (4 c.)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. rice (not Minute)
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix rice and 1/2 the milk with salt and sugar.
    Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake 4 hours at 325\u00b0, stirring frequently and adding the rest of the milk.
    When cool, top with cinnamon sugar.
