Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

1 cut-up fryer
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 lb. oleo
Preparation

Melt oleo in an 11 x 13-inch pan.
Beat egg and milk together. Roll chicken in this mixture and then roll in dry mixture. Arrange in pan with melted oleo.
Turn over to coat both sides. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn over and bake for another 30 minutes.
