Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 cans cream
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    4 c. fresh frozen coconut
    2 precooked deep-dish pie shells
Preparation
    Separate eggs and set egg whites aside.
    Mix together eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla flavoring.
    Cook on top of stove until boiling starts. Stir constantly!
    Add fresh coconut.
    If not thick enough, add pinch of flour mix with water.
    This will thicken the mixture. (Do not let the pie filling boil because eggs will cook.) Pour filling in pie shells.
    Take egg white and 1/2 cup of sugar.
    Beat until stiff.
    Put on top of pie and brown quickly in oven.
