A Healthy Start - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. raw wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. granular lecithin
    5 unsalted raw walnuts
    4 slivered almonds
    1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    2 Tbsp. Barleans flax oil (on top; available at health food stores)
Preparation
    Serve at once; enjoy.
    It will fill you up for 3 to 4 hours.
