Okra Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    2 c. thinly sliced fresh or frozen okra
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Grease muffin pans.
    Place empty pans into oven at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Remove and spoon batter into pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
