Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. okra, sliced and partially thawed
    1 can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed basil
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 lb. frozen snow crab, partially thawed
    1/2 lb. shelled, uncooked shrimp
    1/2 lb. fresh or frozen haddock or halibut, cut in chunks
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, combine onion, green pepper, flour, oil and garlic.
    Cook, stirring until vegetables are tender, but not brown.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili, basil and bay leaf.
    Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes.
