Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry onion or onion mushroom soup
    1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed and drained
    1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. red wine
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, blend soup mix, oil, water, juice and garlic powder.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Then bring to boil, stir in chicken, vegetables, spaghetti sauce and wine.
    Cook, uncovered 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is done. Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 2 to 3.
