Muslikkaphrakat(Finnish Blueberry Bars) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. fresh blueberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, egg and baking powder in bowl; mix well.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Reserve 1/2 cup mixture. Press remaining dough in ball.
Roll on floured surface.
Press over bottom and sides of pan.
Dough will be crumbly.
Press pieces together in pan.
