Country-Style Barbecued Ribs(Venison Ribs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pork country-style ribs or venison ribs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    If using pork country-style ribs, cook, covered, in boiling water 45 to 60 minutes. Drain.
    If using venison ribs, do not precook.
