Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded zucchini (loosely, don't drain)
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously spray bottoms of 2 loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 6 little loaf pans (3-inch).
    Beat all ingredients on low speed 1 minute.
    Beat medium 1 minute.
    Pour into pans. Bake 2 large loaf pans 1 hour or 6 mini loaves 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
