Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium salmon steaks
    4 Tbsp. clarified butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh snipped dill weed
    1/4 c. white wine
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat skillet to medium-high.
    Add clarified butter. Saute salmon 2 minutes. Turn and saute 2 more minutes. Add white wine, dill, salt and pepper.
    Cook until salmon flakes when tested. Serve with the pan juices.
