Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    fresh mushrooms (used for stuffing)
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushroom caps.
    Cut up and brown with sausage; drain.
    Mix sausage and stems with Mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
    Stuff caps and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
