Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. Kahlua liquor
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 heaping c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In large bowl, mix sugar with next 5 ingredients.
Add eggs and beat 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with pecans and stir well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until browned.
It may still be soft.
Cool well before cutting.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
