Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices buttered toast
1/3 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
4 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Simmer raisins in a little water for a few minutes.
Combine all but last ingredient and pour into buttered pan.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle this over pudding. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
