Tourtiere(French Canadian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch double crust
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground veal
    2 onions, chopped
    2/3 c. canned consomme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper and salt
    sprinkle of ground cloves, cayenne pepper and mace
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown meat.
    Add onions and saute until translucent.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and let cool.
    Spoon into pie plate and cover with top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
