Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix with Wesson oil, sugar and eggs.
Add raw grated carrots and nuts.
Bake in layers from 30 to 40 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
