Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl and stir in butter until well mixed.
    Add buttermilk and egg; mix well.
    Knead on a floured board for 1 minute.
    Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut into 6-inch rounds.
