Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 qt. soft cornbread
    turkey giblets and neck
    1 pkg. seasoned bread cubes (optional)
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add celery, onions, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
    Mix with cornbread.
    Add giblets and meat from neck, well cooked.
    For more moisture, add drippings from turkey.
    For more seasoning and spicy taste, add a package of seasoned bread cubes. Bake at 350\u00b0.
