Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up or skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients.
Spread over chicken.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Baste with sauce every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and golden.
Serve with steamed rice.
