Holiday Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
    celery stalks, in large slices
    carrots, peeled and sliced large
    fresh apples, in wedge slices
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. granulated or brown sugar (or some of both)
    cinnamon (measure according to size of dish)
    1 c. honey
    1 bag pecan halves
Preparation
    Make according to size of dish needed.
    Cut up all vegetables and apples.
    Stir in raisins.
    Stir in sugar or just sprinkle over the top of the vegetables.
    Generously sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour honey over the top.
