Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk (beat eggs and milk together)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. mace (optional)
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in unbaked pie crust (deep dish) at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Lower temperature to 325\u00b0.
Bake until set in center, about 30 to 45 minutes.
(Can use half of spices if too strong.)
