Wheat Graham Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 scant Tbsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. graham flour
    4 to 5 c. white flour
Preparation
    Beat well.
    Knead.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Knead again.
    Let rise.
    Place in greased loaf pans.
    Let rise until double (1 1/2 hours).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cover with foil last 20 minutes, if necessary.
    Makes 2 loaves.
