Squash Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced squash
    2 c. sliced onion
    4 c. sliced green peppers
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle squash with salt. Let stand for 1 hour and drain. Bring all other ingredients to a boil and pour over squash. Return to heat and bring back to a boil. Pack in jars and seal.
