Dilly Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease or paper-line muffin cups. in large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, dill weed, onion powder and salt.
    In small bowl combine cottage cheese, milk, butter and egg until blended.
    Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
