Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oats
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Season apples with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Place in pan.
    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and egg with fork until crumbly.
    Sprinkle mixture over apples.
    Pour oil over all and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
