Seafood Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    2 cans Del Monte chunky tomatoes (pasta style)
    fresh seafood, diced (various types, approximately 1 1/2 lb. total)
    dash of salt and pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    rice
Preparation
    Pour olive oil in pan, enough to cover the bottom.
    Throw in diced seafood (any type can be used, for example, diced tuna, swordfish, scallops) and cook approximately 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and white wine.
    Simmer.
    Serve over rice.
