Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 f. flour
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large dutch oven; set aside until mixture forms a syrup.
    Bring peach mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until peaches are tender.
    Remove from heat and stir in butter.
