Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    12 slices cooked bacon
    4 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Rub butter into pie crust bottom.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and cook for 35 minutes.
