Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk and cook over very low heat until thickened.
    Remove and let cool.
    Cream sugar, butter and vanilla very rapidly until fluffy.
    Add to flour mixture and beat hard. It takes a lot of hard beating until sugar granules are gone. Frost cake.
