Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes. Start timing after mixture reaches a full, rolling boil.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla; beat until blended, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
These may be placed in the refrigerator to hasten hardening.
