Raspberry Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. raspberries
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
small amount water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine together.
Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
Cook raspberries, sugar, water and cornstarch until thickened.
Cool.
After cooling, pour over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate.
