Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1 c. milk
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff but not dry
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Fold in egg whites in last. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes in unbaked pie shell.
