Cucumber Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. grated cucumber (include peel), drained well
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. grated onion (optional)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)

Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
