Aloha Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. banana pudding
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, cream oleo and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time and combine banana and buttermilk in small cup.
In a small bowl, mix flour, soda, banana pudding and salt.
Add flour alternately with banana mix to egg mix.
Fold in chopped cherries.
Pour into an ungreased loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
