Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
meat mixture, onion, mushrooms, etc. (optional toppings)
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 to 2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease and flour a 12 to 14-inch pizza pan.
Combine flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk; blend until smooth.
Pour batter into pan, tilting to cover. Sprinkle with meat mixture (if using uncooked meat, brown and drain), onion and mushrooms.
Bake on low rack for 25 to 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
