Red Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red beans, drained (save the juice)
    1/4 c. red bean juice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    dash Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Process the ingredients in a blender.
    Heat and serve with low-fat crackers.
    Makes 1 cup.
