Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (but not drained)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix together all other ingredients except Cheddar cheese and pour into buttered pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
    (Good with black-eyed peas.)
