Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large graham cracker pie crust
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. Jif smooth peanut butter
12 oz. container Cool Whip whipped topping
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool to lukewarm.
Whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
Slowly add gelatin mixture, blending thoroughly.
Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
